This interval, high intensity training class will help condition & tone your muscles as it focuses on a specific muscle group each day "STAKing" 6 exercises on top of eachother as the class goes on. It's over before you know it & you will leave feeling de-stressed, energized, & stronger!​

STRETCH & STRENGTH

Looking to spice up your mid week lunch hour? Look no further. This lunchtime strength and stretch class will have you sweating & burning before you walk away feeling more flexible. Each week we focus on one muscle group ( abs, glutes, chest, triceps, etc) for 20 mins followed by 10 mins of stretching that area. Its fast and effective and you can have fun along the way. Great option for men and women on the run and trying to fit in some strength to their lunch hour. All fitness levels are welcome. 

[Space is limited, class size is no bigger than 8-10 for ample support).
